June is a Director of the Company and will at all times actively participate in the structuring and direction of the business.
June has been recognised for her business acumen and her passion for contributing to the ongoing success of the wider Ipswich community.
She was awarded the prestigious accolade of “Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year, 2003”.
June is the Director of Walkers Real Estate and in her usual dynamic style will assist with marketing and business planning to ensure the Company continues to achieve our goal of exceeding client and customer expectations and adhering to our motto of “Quality Service in Property Management - Guaranteed”.
Connie McKee
Partner and Manager
Connie is a founding partner of Walkers Quality Rentals. She has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry both in Queensland and New South Wales and her expertise is widely recognized. She has served as a State Committee Member, Conference Speaker, Industry Judge, Industry Trainer and Author for the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
She also personally has over 20 years experience as a property investor and is committed to excellence in Property Management. She is very hands on and conducts many of the inspections personally. Due to her indepth knowledge of the legislation surrounding property management she offers a common sense and practical approach to all management decisions.
Lesley De Vos
Senior Property Manager
Lesley has been a Senior Property Manager with Walkers Quality Rentals for the past 18 months, during which time she has helped build her portfolio. Her experience in Property Management has been vast, after working in the industry for the past 10 years after moving from coastal Northern NSW, where she managed her own properties. Lesley is committed to giving her owners reliable and continuing service.
Jacqui Weir
Leasing Manager
Jacqui has recently joined Walkers Quality Rentals as a Senior Property Manager and has extensive experience in all aspects of property management. Jacqui commenced her real estate career in Darwin in 1991 as receptionist in a large agency until she met and married her husband and has made Ipswich her home.
Jacqui has been a property manager in the local area since that time and has undergone training at the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and obtained her full real estate licence. After having a short break Jacqui’s passion for property management has brought her back to the industry and she is enthusiastic and excited about being a member of the successful Walker Quality Rentals team.
Karen Hall
Administration Supervisor
Karen provides the administrative support every business needs. She is invaluable to both June and Connie as in the past she has been the backbone of previous property management businesses. Her attention to detail and her technology skills keep the business running smoothly. Her friendly happy manner delights all who come into contact with her. Karen has many talents and is also an emerging artist with her artwork hanging in our office and many Ipswich and Brisbane Homes.
Maureen Muller
Assistant Property Manager
Maureen Muller has worked in the Real Estate Industry as a Property Manager for 19 years. She joined the Walkers Quality Team in February 2006 and is a valuable support to the Property Managers and Administration. She has a great love of Property Management and her passion is dealing with owners and tenants.
Karlene Munday
Assistant Property Manager
Karlene provides invaluable support to the property managers and the leasing team having 21 years experience in property management. Karlene spent most of these 21 years working in the Brisbane market for some high profile and well regarded agencies. Recognising the wonderful opportunities available in Ipswich she moved her family back to Ipswich where she originally grew up. Karlene is a valuable member of the team having extensive experience in all administration facets of property management together with in depth knowledge of maintenance and property inspections.
Aimee Te Awa
Assistant Property Manager
Aimee joined the team in June, having come from a strong finance background. She has most recently been employed managing a serviced apartment building in Brisbane, which has renewed her passion to work in the Real Estate industry. Aimee assists the property managers with the day-to-day operations and conducts many of the routine inspections. Aimee is very focused, and is keen to advance to having her own portfolio of properties under management.
Matina Stoessel
Receptionist
Matina is a “breath of fresh air” and provides a welcome and warm greeting to all our clients and customers. Matina started her career in banking although at a tender age started buying and selling real estate. This passion lead her to seek a career in real estate. Matina is learning all facets of property management and undertaking further training in house and with the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
