June is a Director of the Company and will at all times actively participate in the structuring and direction of the business.
June has been recognised for her business acumen and her passion for contributing to the ongoing success of the wider Ipswich community.
She was awarded the prestigious accolade of “Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year, 2003”.
June is the Director of Walkers Real Estate and in her usual dynamic style will assist with marketing and business planning to ensure the Company continues to achieve our goal of exceeding client and customer expectations and adhering to our motto of “Quality Service in Property Management - Guaranteed”.
Connie McKee
Manager
Connie is a founding partner of Walkers Quality Rentals. She has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry both in Queensland and New South Wales and her expertise is widely recognized. She has served as a State Committee Member, Conference Speaker, Industry Judge, Industry Trainer and Author for the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
She also personally has over 20 years experience as a property investor and is committed to excellence in Property Management. She is very hands on and conducts many of the inspections personally. Due to her indepth knowledge of the legislation surrounding property management she offers a common sense and practical approach to all management decisions.
Aimee Kinnane

Aimee has a strong background in finance and prior to joining the team was involved in managing serviced apartments. Aimee has a passion for property and at all times works to exceed her owners’ expectations. She prides herself on her attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to communicate openly and reliably to both owners and tenants.

Lesley Devos
Property Manager
Lesley has over 10 years experience as a property manager and offers excellent support to Kay in the day to day management of properties. Her high level interpersonal skills, vast knowledge and experience benefit both our owners and tenants.
Melanie Benn
Property Manager
Melanie comes from a background of retail electrical sales working for an Ipswich Iconic Company for the past 11 years. Previous to this Melanie owned her own business. This vast experience assists our owners and tenants in the repair and replacement of appliances especially cooking appliances and hot water systems in which she specialized. Her attention to detail and follow up as well as her ability to communicate well are skills well utilized in her new career in Property Management.
Karen Hall
Portfolio Administration Manager
Karen provides the administration support to a team of Property Managers. Karen is a foundation team member of Walkers Quality Rentals and has worked with June and Connie for over 15 years. Her attention to detail, technology skills and strong administration background ensures the systems run smoothly. Her friendly and happy manner delights all who come in contact with her. Karen has many talents and is also an emerging artist with her artwork hanging in our office as well as many Ipswich and Brisbane homes.
Karlene Munday
Portfolio Administration Manager
Karlene have over 21 years experience in property management both in Brisbane and Ipswich. She has extensive experience in all aspects of property management although enjoys keeping all administration processes smoothly running the most. She is a valuable member of the team who capably handles all property management processes whilst the property managers are in the field.
Matina Stoessel
Assistant Property Manager
Matina is a “breath of fresh air” and provides a welcome and warm greeting to all our clients and customers. Matina started her career in banking although at a tender age started buying and selling real estate. This passion lead her to seek a career in real estate. Matina has completed her studies through the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and obtained registration through the Office of Fair Trading.
